Shocked that companies and mutual funds would invest OPM (Other People's Money) in high-risk investments, the Shocked Investor was originally on a mission to find out if our money ended up in these dubious instruments. Following our post on Mortgage Resets November 2nd, the U.S. Treasury reports that only 9% of current mortgages have been modified, contrary to what has been posted elsewhere on the Internet.
We are right in the "eye of the storn" of mortgage resets. A lot of pain still to come.
